How to reset IPTV box ?

Resetting an IPTV box depends on the model you’re using (MAG, Android TV box, Fire Stick, Formuler, etc.), but the process usually falls into two categories:

1. Soft Reset (Restart / Factory Reset from Settings)

Use this if the box is still responsive.

  • Android IPTV Boxes (BuzzTV, Formuler, generic Android TV):1. Go to Settings → Device Preferences → Reset or Storage & Reset

2. Choose Factory Data Reset.

    2. On the back or bottom, find the reset button (sometimes inside the AV port).

Things to Know Before Resetting

  • Reset will erase all apps, IPTV playlists, and account logins — you’ll need to re-install your IPTV app and re-enter your provider’s details.
  • If your IPTV provider tied your subscription to your MAC address, it usually won’t change, but check before resetting.
  • Keep your M3U link / Xtream codes / app activation key handy before starting.
